Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child(ren) in Zion Christian School. We ask for your prayers that the Lord would continue to bless us with His Spirit, even as we seek to remain faithful to His Word.
The following steps should be followed for enrollment:

Choose from the following list the appropriate enrollment procedure form(s). The form(s) you must choose depends upon your child’s grade and past relationship with the school. More than one form may need to be used if you have children in more than one grade and/or status (e.g. the Procedure Returning K-12 and Procedure Kindergarten should both be opened if you have one returning 6th grade student and a new Kindergarten student). Please note that children enrolling in Kindergarten who have gone to preschool at Zion should use the form Procedure Returning K-12 and do not need to complete the Kindergarten Information Sheet.

The enrollment procedure forms contain checklists outlining the enrollment forms needed for enrollment. Please select and complete each of these forms.

Please call the school office prior to completing the Application for Enrollment for assistance in completing tuition information.

Please notice that the tuition deposit is due by June 30 of the enrollment year. The deposit amount is listed on your application for enrollment. A $50 late charge will be applied if the deposit is not returned before this date.
